Tiger Woods on his return: People have no idea what I have to go through

Tiger Woods is still recovering from an injury that is causing him enormous problems. Woods hasn’t played much this year, and fans are getting impatient. They hope that Woods will return soon, which could indeed happen. There have been rumors that Tiger Woods will appear at “The Match” in December, where he will play alongside Rory McIlroy and Justin Thomas. However, Woods could also appear at the Hero World Challenge, which would be really great. He recently spoke about his physical condition and the problems he currently has.

“People have no idea what I have to go through and the hours of the work on the body, pre and post, each and every single day to do what I just did.”- Woods said, as quoted by mirror.co.uk

Tiger Woods on fans

Woods believes that fans are not seeing the “complete picture”, and that his problems are really serious. Recovery could take a long time, but for now we have no concrete information about it. What would make us happy is certainly his return.

“That’s what people don’t understand. They don’t see. And then you think about playing more events on top of that, it’s hard enough just to do what I did.

It’s a struggle just playing the three events I played this year. That in itself was something I’m very proud of. I was able to play these three events, considering what has transpired.”

Although he is currently in the process of recovery, Woods is still active on the golf scene. He recently confirmed that Lewis Hamilton has joined his and Rory McIlroy’s project called TMRW Sports. Big deal for their company.

“I’m excited to welcome a strong group of investors across sports and entertainment to @TMRWSports. And first up to join me and @McIlroyRory on the team: F1 great @LewisHamilton”- Woods wrote on Twitter.
