Anrijs Miska (2.06, 21) is close to a deal with VEF Riga which is expected to pay a buy-out to his current team, the Latvian University.
Miska was the most improved player of the Latvian-Estonian League in the 2020-21 season and he has already made his debut with the senior Latvian national team.
With the move to VEF Riga, he will have the chance to play for the first time in his career in the Basketball Champions League and test himself at the professional level against competition from all over Europe.
