Sign-up phase for EHCB Coaches Academy second generation

The EHCB Coaches Academy, specifically aimed for basketball coaches, shifts into the sign-up phase. The program will stretch eight months from next December until August 2022.

Per EHCB: “The EHCB Coaches Academy is an innovative program like no other. Together with the Faculty of Sports and Physical Education from the University of Belgrade, we formed a comprehensive curriculum that combines general and basketball academic content by the university faculty and advanced coaching lessons by EHCB member coaches. From December 2021 until August 2022, participants will engage in online lectures and Q&A sessions. The program’s high point is in June when all participating coaches will have the opportunity to meet in person and take part at the EHCB Coaches Congress together with coaches from all over the globe.

The program is divided into four modules:

1. GENERAL ACADEMIC LECTURES

Physiology of Physical Activity
Human Motor Abilities
Biomechanics
Motor Learning
Psychology
Sociology
Strength and conditioning
Nutritioning
Sports therapy
Fundamentals of sports training

2. BASKETBALL ACADEMIC LECTURES
Basketball analysis
Technical and individual tactical skills
Group and team tactics
Periodization in basketball-champions-league

3. EHCB MEMBERS ONLINE LECTURES
Practice planning and programming
Defense
Offense

4. EHCB COACHES CONGRESS
EHCB members panel discussions
Networking reception
On-court masterclasses

THIS IS BASKETBALL COACHING

This online program will allow working coaches to take part in our weekly livestream lectures or watch the recorded sessions at their leisure. These eight months promise an exchange of ideas and knowledge, exclusive networking opportunities, and an unforgettable learning experience.

Program Fee: 2,000 euros
*Fee includes participation at the ECHB Coaches Congress.”
